Tony, I received the excellently packaged fish from you on 11/21 at 9:09am. I slowly acclimated them as you advised and by evening they were exploring the tank and eating from my hand the next day. They look great and are very happy!! Thanks

Hi Tony -

Thanks for the beautiful Pigeon Blood Discus that arrived around 9:00 am this morning. All 4 are doing well in the 110 gallon tank with the other Discus.

Good thing I ordered those (4) Pigeon Blood Discus last Friday 10/17 when I did! They really are beautiful fish and showed up so well on your website. I am not surprised that you have already sold all of them. You have an incredible website. I looked at it for hours many times before deciding what fish I wanted to order from you. I couldn't decide!

No, there wasn't a drop of water leaking from any of the 4 bags. The box was as dry as a bone.

Just want to let you know that the Heckels arrived about an hour and a half ago. I just got them settled in to the tank, after about an hour of acclimating them. They look super.

Fish are doing great this morning. Ate well last night and seemed to just make themselves at home.

As to the bags leaking. I'm not sure if you had three or four bags. I did take them out of the bags, one bag at a time, during the acclimation process and there was just a very small amount of water at the bottom of each of the bags with each bag removed.

It wasn't a large amount of water and certainly something that I didn't feel concerned about but enough to wet the bottom. Hope that helps you some.

I was glad you had the heat packs in them as we have had some darned cold nights here this week with heavy frost. The heat pack was still warm when they arrived.

150 Cardinal Tetras arrived a bit before 10 am -- all survived and look fine. They are in the QT tank and eating a bit, so looks like they made the trip without a problem. Again, very nice stock. Thanks!

I was just wondering if you were planning on getting in some heckel discus in this season? if you are, do you know what kind you get and what the prices might be? I am not picky. I just want a nice group of 10 or so to put in my 125 gallon tank.
By the way, the other discus I got from you are doing great. the red turk and the giant pigeon blood paired up and spawned on wednesday.

Hello, I just wanted you to know the nine discus I bought off of you arrived yesterday safe and sound. They are still a little spooky but are eating frozen blood worms, small pellets and flake food. Their colors are beautiful and look to be in excellant health. I chose your store because of your great web site and your water parameters were very similar to mine. I thank you very much.

We bought 10 juvenilles/young adults from you a little over a month ago. We are very very pleased with them. They're coloring up beautifully and the largest ring leopards have actually already paired off and spawned twice now (no babies yet, but we're working on it!). Most importers aren't very trustworthy, but you really care about the fish you sell. We will definately buy discus from you again in the future.

It appears the fish are doing fine. Your medication is WONDERFUL. I'm glad I found you and your website. Let me know when you get your next batch. As you know, I want the small ones of around 2.5-3". Can you get some reds, tangerine, etc? The exotic colors....I know customers will pay.

I just wanted to e mail you and tell you thanks. I got the fish at 9:09 my time.and am so happy with your fish.

Of all the fish i have bought. These were in the best condition of any i have bought. The box was dry and everything was so great. I received an order with UPS last week ahe the box was so wet and in such bad shape you couldn't even pick up the box without it being placed in a large bag.

I will be buying from you again sir. This is my best experiance ever with shipped fish. If you have any specials or anything you think i might be interested in. Please keep me in mind,and i will keep checking your web sight. added my fav.

Tony, received fish OK, nice red maps and the Giant Pigeon is a beauty. I have been sitting watching the Red Maps. The photos on your site do not do these fish justice. They are beautiful. Much more than I expected.

HI TONY

26 FISH ARRIVED AT 2:40 PM ONE HOUR EARLIER THAN LAST SHIPMENT.

A COUPLE OF THE BAGS WHERE COLLAPSED BUT THE FISH WERE ALIVE, THEY SEEM OK, WILL NOT KNOW UNTIL I PUT THEM IN THE TANKS.

I'M USING THE DRIP SYSTEM TO ACCLIMATE, STILL DOING IT AT THIS TIME, THE LIGHTS ARE STILL OUT.

PUT FISH IN AQUARIUMS AT 4:30 PM. TURNED LIGHTS ON AT 6:00 PM TO FEED BLOOD WORMS, FISH ARE EATING.

7:00 O'CLOCK EVERYBODY LOOKS FINE

I had troubles with the internet and phone at home

that was not planned, thats just a bad luck at a bad moment.

sorry for the stress, i was really stressed too.

it was above my control, the lines broke at my place because of a storm.

the important thing is that we got the fish and that they are fine.

your fish are very cute. we named one Tony in your honor. lol.

Tony--

The 6 large German Red Turks got here at 8:30 AM in good shape. They are acclimated and swimming in the tank and seem to all be just fine. Absolutely stunning fish!!!

They actually come up to the front of the glass when I approach -- not timid at all (main lights off and drapes closed, but blue LED moonlight on so I can see them). They seem to be looking to be fed. I was going to wait until tomorrow, but they really look pretty good. Stress bars, but swimming normally together. Thoughts? Lights off / no food til tomorrow or should I give them some frozen blood worms tonight? If they are hungry, not sure I want them hunting all those cardinals tonight...

The babies arrived at about 1:00 pm today and I have never seen more beautiful healthy discus in my lifetime!!!!!!!!!!! I love them. They all seem to be doing wonderfully.

I gave them some blood worm, a little bit and they are already coming to the glass to visit and be admired. I am so happy with these fish, they are the most beautiful discus I have ever seen. Do you still have the golden leopard ones? I have just cycled a 45 gal octagon tank that they would look lovely in. I want to fill my house with tanks again. I missed them so much. I only like the discus fish, the challenge, the extra care and the absolute pure beauty of them.

Hi Tony,

I just wanted to let you know that I received my shipment and all is well. I was waiting at the store from 9:00 am but it had gotten really windy here and the FedEx airplane circled around so long it had to divert to NYC to re-fuel before coming back to the Buffalo airport so it was almost noon before I got them. But besides that everything went without a problem. All of the Discus were upright in the bags upon my arrival at home, they were still nice and warm, have been acclimated and are looking about as good as they are going to in the dark :) Thank-you very much for the great service.... our business together is always a pleasure for me.
